Pilates with Rhea C., Janel G. & Lindsey A.

Pilates is a full-body conditioning method that focuses on proper breathing, core engagement, posture and alignment while working through the 34 exercises in the classical Pilates Mat series. Pilates helps to increase stability, mobility and flexibility in the body. All levels are welcome!

Pilates Springboard Classes add a new dimension to your Pilates practice with the use of spring tension to facilitate a full-body workout. Deepen and challenge your stability, mobility and strength with arm springs, leg springs, rollback and tower bars. Springboard classes are $5 for members and $10 for non-members + a day pass.

Yoga with Alex B.

Tuesday: Strong Flow. Move in a fun, but challenging flow that stretches and fortifies balance throughout the entire body. Build up heat in the body as you move to your breath. Great as a warm up prior to a hard climb session.

Thursday: Hatha Yoga. Gentle style of movement with a focus on increasing mobility in the hips, shoulders, wrists and ankles while also stretching key muscles surrounding these areas. Great for warming up before a climbing session or cooling down.

Friday: Climbers Recovery. Focus on massaging key areas of the body to reduce tension. With the use of props like tennis balls or lacrosse balls we can massage deep tissue to alleviate and lengthen tight muscles throughout the entire body. Great before or after a hard climbing session!

Saturday: Yin Yoga. Targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. A heavy use of props will support the body in poses that are held for 3 to 7 minutes.

Free for members, day pass price for non-members.
