8:30am - Go for a run! We’ll have a 2 mile and a 5k run option followed by a stretch session. Sign up to let us know you're running here!

9:00am - Snag a “Sweat & Soak” Time Slot! We’ll have a mobile sauna and cold plunge set up from 9am to 3pm. Sign up for a spot here!
10:00am - Island traverse climbing challenge

It's Spring time! What a better way to celebrate spring than getting SPRINGY and competing in a DYNO COMP!?!?! Test your hops on as many dynos as you can send in 2 hours. Send the hardest dynos and jump for glory in finals! Spectators welcome!
