Ambients is a deliberate space we create from the barrage of mind-crushing
technology, where we find mental focus, creativity, and rest.
Ambients is a mindfulness format created by long-time meditation practitioner and
teacher, Michael Robinson. These forty-five minute sessions consist of
guided meditations interwoven with ambient music and a short discussion.
