Bouldering 101 is a great introduction to the sport of climbing. This one hour class will cover bouldering basics, climbing warm ups, and the basic techniques to get you climbing smoothly, safely and confidently on our walls. After a brief intro and warm up, the small group class will move around the gym trying different problems, with an AB instructor offering guidance on balance, footwork and problem solving.
