Intro to Climbing

Our Intro. to Climbing Class is designed for beginner climbers looking to learn basic techniques, body positions and movements to help you move confidently and safely on the wall. This hour-long class starts with a good climbing warmup and then moves to the bouldering area where we climb as a group, observing and learning from your classmates and instructor.

Intro to Dynamic Climbing

Join us in this special class where we focus on drills that put more dynamic moves into your climbing vocabulary. From dynos to dead points, we’ll give you the tips and tricks to jump. To give everyone the specific attention they need, we’ll limit the group size to five participants.

**This class is intended for climbers who can consistently complete V2 and up. It happens once a month so make sure to sign up!**

Training Program

Andrew, our Director of Climbing and Head Youth Coach, is ready to help you achieve your outdoor climbing goals!

It will begin with a 1-on-1 assessment of your current ability level and climbing goals to make sure the program is a good fit for you. Your training program will be targeted at strengthening your weaknesses and catering a training program specifically for your project and goals. He will also help you work toward any outdoor climbing goal you may have, and if you don’t have an outdoor climbing goal, he can help you find one to help you stay focused and motivated.

During the 12 week program, you will have a one hour 1-on-1 coaching session with Andrew each week. You will also have two or three additional training days each week that will be planned out for you. Each session will be designed to help you become a more efficient, stronger, and better climber.

Membership or a Day Pass is required, and not included in pricing.
